Established in 1989, ING Life Korea is the fourth biggest life insurer in the market, and the leading foreign insurer. ING Life Korea has been rated A (Excellent) by AM Best for five consecutive years and is the only life insurance company to have achieved this. It offers first-class products and services that aim to serve customers' financial needs when planning for their future.

ING Investment Management Korea launched its business in November 2006, and in 2007 was propelled through the acquisition of Landmark Asset Management into a top ten player in the Korean funds industry. The company offers equity and bond funds, fund of funds, and other investment products and services of a broad range and variety to individual and institutional investors.

The Seoul branch of ING Commerical Banking was established in 1986, and has a strong foothold in the market as a leading corporate finance and investment bank in Korea. The Bank provides major Korean enterprises and financial institutions with diverse short- and long-term finance, project finance, as well as corporate finance advisory services.

Since ING Real Estate entered the Korean market by acquiring Rodamco Asia in 2004, ING Real Estate has been expanding its capabilities in the country. The company is also in charge of managing the assets of ING Korea Property Investment, a USD800 million joint venture property vehicle on behalf of Asian and European institutional investors.

KB Life Insurance, is a jointly-owned subsidiary of KB (51%), the largest domestic retail bank and ING Group (49%). ING's second life insurance operation in the market, it operates a highly cost-effective bancassurance model, providing simple and easy insurance services primarily through the KB branch network.
