Jane Caire is the Head of Product Development & Management, Asia/Pacific, taking on high-level responsibility for the regional product function, with a particular focus on inter-regional and cross-regional coordination, processes and governance, and overseeing the optimisation of the product suites and structures offered for sale in the region.

Caire has extensive industry and corporate experience in driving business strategy through proactive business development, strategic business review and planning, strategic deal management, and execution of corporate, business and product development initiatives.

Since moving to Asia from Australia more than 15 years ago, she has held key regional roles in the financial services industry in the Asia/Pacific region, supporting business growth in large organisations including HSBC, CLSA, Templeton Franklin and Citigroup Asset Management.
Prior to joining ING, Caire provided independent consultancy services to a number of clients, including Alliance Trust PLC—a FTSE 100 investment trust company—with a focus on strategic business review and planning, and the implementation of a range of key business development initiatives, including the launch of asset management businesses in Hong Kong and the UK, and the launch of a fund supermarket.

Caire holds an Honours Laws Degree from Australia, where she specialised in corporate and commercial law for 10 years before relocating to Asia.
